- + What kind of cards and items can I grade with Collecto TCG?
- Currently we are only accepting submissions for Trading Card Grading and authentication.
- If you're unsure whether an item you want to submit is eligible for grading or not, do not hesitate to contact us.
- + Can I drop off and/or pick up my items in the physical store?
- Yes, you can drop off your submission in our physical store location, please do bring your submission form and have all the items in the correct order before doing so.
- Picking up your items is also possible, please select the option to pick up on the submission order confirmation page.
- + Can I change the shipping address after confirming my submission?
- If you would like to change your shipping address after your is already confirmed, please contact us directly for assistance.
